Custer State Park in the Black Hills of South dakota is a great place to visit for images of the fastest land animal in the USA, the Pronghorn.
Driving the Wildlife loop and Needles Highway. in the park and using the car as a hide will get you up close and personal to these magnificient animals.
Medium range lenses are all thats required but a longer range zoom will allow you to change the perspective of the images.
As always a wide angle lens will give opportunity to take scenic images.
Other animals that roam here are the 1500 strong herd of Buffalo, elk, prairie dogs and grouse to name but a few.
On the way don't forget to visit Mount Rushmore to see an amazing engineering feat.
Do remember these are wild animals, keep your distance and be safe.
